Once our fully managed service has been added to your dedicated server , it will be closely monitored, fully administered and patched and updated for security by our team of hosting professionals. General Managed Services: Fully managed dedicated server support with 24/7/365 access to our system administrators and support engineers for issues with your server’s hardware, software and connectivity. Use our ticket system for a fast response.
Quick Reaction Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of your server’s hardware processes and HTTP / FTP / DNS / email and database connectivity with ping to ensure your server is online and your applications are running. We provide an immediate response should a failure point present itself.
Event Notifications: Reports to your IT staff from the advanced critical system monitoring we setup on your dedicated servers for use within our data center. Any alerts are emailed directly to you for an immediate report on any issues that arise.
Kernal and OS Updates: Available on both Linux and Windows dedicated servers, we ensure your operating system and software is patched and up-to-date, secure and current. A monthly, Real Expert security audit is included on request.
Virus Scanning: Install and manage server side anti-virus software on your SSISG server. Includes regular fingerprint updates. Anti-virus software provided by ESET Node32 technology. ESET uses both signature-based and heuristic powered anti-virus software to scan and identify viruses and trojan horses in all their iterations. Both e-mail messages being sent and received via your server are scanned. All files added, modified, accessed or used by the operating system are also scanned.
SSISG Spam Filtering: is powered by advanced Mail Foundry spam filtering appliances. We offer our default settings or custom configuration or control panel access for large number of domains being filtered. Please contact your SSISG Account Executive for more details.
